Social Media Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies for our music clients. You'll create engaging content, manage community engagement, and analyze performance metrics across platforms to drive growth and engagement for artists and music brands.

This hybrid position offers flexibility with some in-office days at our London studio. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader campaign objectives and artist branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for music artists and brands
  • Create engaging content calendars and manage posting schedules
  • Monitor and engage with audience across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide performance reports
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform updates

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in music or entertainment
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
